Information for Health Care Professionals
Dear Health Care Professionals:
Our goal at the Speleotherapy Clinic is
to provide the best complementary health care available by working in
concert with primary health care practitioners and other professionals.
Our company, Speleotherapy Clinic, utilizes a microclimate dry saline
aerosol chamber to provide symptom relief for people with breathing
discomforts. The history of using speleo/halotherapy treatments proves
that this modality is efficient for providing symptom relief for people
with respiratory diseases, including asthma, bronchitis and cystic fibrosis.
Since you are a Health Care Professional, we felt certain that
you would be interested in knowing more about this method and the device,
as it might benefit some of your patients. This drug-free and non-invasive
treatment may be safely used in addition to or as an alternative to
traditional medications.
Speleotherapy (treatment in natural salt caves) and the use of a dry
saline aerosol are very well known in Eastern and Central Europe. Salt
mines have been used successfully for therapeutic purposes in many countries,
such as Austria, Rumania, Poland, Azerbaijan, the Ukraine, and others.Halotherapy
(treatment that takes place in a controlled air medium and simulates
a natural salt cave microclimate) has also been shown to be effective.
Because this modality is not very well known in Canada, we wanted to
share the information on this proven method of care for respiratory
conditions. Results of published clinical studies and other information
about the effective, safe treatments of halotherapy and Speleotherapy
are available upon request.
Please send us the request to provide the information about Speleo/halotherapy
and we will mail the information kit to your practice.
