Shipping&Returns

We attempt to process all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt subject to weekends, holiday schedules, and available inventory. Standard orders are shipped out within two business days from the time we receive them. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We do not currently offer Saturday delivery on the website. We do not ship to PO Boxes address.

International orders can also be placed online and your shipping charges will be based upon the total weight and destination. Please e-mail or call us for shipping charges on International orders (other than North America).
For all international shipments please be sure to indicate the International - Air Freight shipping method. Please be sure all information supplied is correct to ensure your order is processed correctly.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties that might be levied by your country's government or any brokerage fees charged by the shipping carrier. Also, please enter a valid phone number during checkout as the shipping carrier will not deliver your order without one.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal and Money Orders only. Orders paid by Money Order will be shipped upon receipt of payment accompanied by a paper copy of the order. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping Insurance!

For our customer's satisfaction, we make sure that every order we ship is insured for more than the purchase price so that our customers can have a complete peace of mind once they are done placing an order from Speleotherapy Clinic. If you find your unit damaged before opening when it arrives, please contact Canada Post directly. Also, please notify us as soon as possible.


Tax Information

Sales Tax: No Sales Tax is charged if the merchandise is shipped out of Canada.

How are taxes calculated?
All goods and services sold or provided in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") at 7% including items, shipping, special handling and gift wrapping.
In addition, the following Provincial Sales Tax ("PST") or Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST") might apply, depending on the item and the destination of the shipment:

Tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item and any shipping/handling in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Groups eligible for GST exemption should file a GST rebate claim with Revenue Canada.
Duty: Merchandise made in North America and Shipped to North America: no duty Merchandise made outside North America are subject to duty if shipped from Canada to the U.S.

WARRANTY

If any part requires repair during the first 30 days after receiving your products, due to manufacturer defect, then Speleotherapy Clinic will replace it with the new merchandise.

THREE FULL YEAR WARRANTY FOR ALL AIR PURIFICATION PRODUCTS!!!

All our air purification products pass the strict tests prior to leaving an ISO9001 factory. Customers could, within 3 years from the date of purchase, enjoy free repair and replacement. We will replace the product with one of equal or greater value, or reimburse you for replacement of the product.

Details

  • Coverage commences upon the date of purchase and continues for the period indicated on your sales receipt.
  • Contact us for return and shipping instructions. Or simply e-mail us at speleotherapy@bellnet.ca and our Customer Service representative will make every effort to respond to your email within 24 hours.
  • Pack the product in its original box.
  • Include the products User Guide that came with your order.
  • Label and ship the unit, freight prepaid, to the address provided. We do not accept COD !
  • Please e-mail us your shipment tracking number at speleotherapy@bellnet.ca when you ship back the unit (e.g Canada Post Tracking Number).


Other condition


The warranty does not cover the damages that resulted from:

  • Improper use or maintenance,
  • Improper dismantling, packing and assembling,
  • Unauthorized operation, tampering, altering, modification not found in the instruction,
  • Random change of power source or voltage,
  • Accident or natural disaster.
RETURN

A return authorization number MUST be obtained prior to any return. Any item and/or items returned to the Speleotherapy Clinic without the return authorization number will be refused and returned back to the sender.

Items will only be accepted if they are returned in the original packaging and all the documentation is included. Missing items will incur further charges or less of a refund. Please return all accessories.

You are responsible for return shipment and insurance costs. Once the merchandise has been received and verified, a credit to your account will be made. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

  • Full refund including the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
  • If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
  • Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

You will receive a refund within 7 business days of our receiving your return. There is a restocking fee of 30% on all returns for refund, unless waived by our Customer Support Agent. Speleotherapy Clinic is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are not manufacturers. We are willing to replace a defective item. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we will charge a 30% restocking fee.

  To Return Merchandise, please:

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Code by e-mailing us at Speleotherapy@bellnet.ca or call 416-739-7777

2. Please secure all merchandise, unaltered, in the original packaging .Don't forget to include the original invoice and documentation.

3. Secure your package inside a small cardboard shipping box. Write your Return Authorization Code on the return-shipping label and on the original invoice.

4. For security reasons, please return the package to us by an insured carrier (Canada. Post, for example). Be sure to insure your package for the full amount of the purchase price and retain your receipt; this will protect you in case your parcel is lost in transit. Please e-mail us your shipment tracking number at speleotherapy@bellnet.ca when you ship back the order (e.g Canada Post Tracking Number).

5. Label and ship the package, freight prepaid, to the address provided. We do not accept COD !

6. We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. If you requested a refund, your account will be credited (minus the 30% restocking fee and any shipping costs) within 7 days of approval. Credit card refunds will only be credited to the same card. Delivery and handling charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. If you requested an exchange, we will issue you a credit for the price of the item (minus any shipping costs), to go towards another item for equal or greater value.

PLEASE NOTE

Unauthorized, improperly packaged, non-insured returns, or non-stock items cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Your local Post Office can provide you with the appropriate packaging.

Be sure to add the Return Authorization Code we provided when you contacted us to the label.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Unfortunately, there are some products if opened or seal is broken, for which we are unable to accept returns. For hygiene reasons, the Health Canada forbids the resale of certain products considered to have potential for disease transmission (nose drops, sinus sprays, allergy and sinus supplements, and irrigators are not returnable once the packaging has been opened).

Any items returned without prior approval are not the responsibility of Speleotherapy Clinic. Speleotherapy Clinic cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so for your protection, prepay and insure all returns. Returns of unwanted merchandise or merchandise ordered in error by the customer must be approved in advance and may be charged a 30% restocking fee, in addition to freight charges. There is a minimum restocking charge of $10. Restocking fees are applied per order, not per item. Returns of this nature must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.
We only charge a restocking fee on non-defective, non-fault returns that are not returned in factory sealed containers, show noticeable wear or are received after our return terms expire. We are unable to sell these products as "new" once they have been returned even though there may be absolutely nothing wrong with the merchandise. The merchandise is no longer in new condition or was returned after our defined return terms and cannot be sold as such. The additional costs would have to be made up by increasing our prices on our new merchandise. This would mean other customers would pay for these customers' returns, which is not fair and hurts our business overall by having to increase our prices. The only fair way to handle non-defective, non-fault returns is to have the person/company returning the merchandise pay for the wages and loss in revenue incurred by the return.

Who pays for shipping on a defective item?

Speleotherapy Clinic is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are not manufacturers. Since we are not the manufacturer we split the shipping cost with the customer. The customer pays for shipping to Speleotherapy Clinic and Speleotherapy Clinic pays for the shipping back to you.

Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, Speleotherapy Clinic will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.

Exchange

  • Shipping is paid for by Speleotherapy Clinic if the exchange is a result of our error.
  • If your exchange is Not due to our error, a shipping charge will apply. We'll contact you for a preferred payment method.

Does Speleotherapy Clinic cross ship items?

On all items, within thirty days of the invoice, we will refund on the item being returned and charge for a new item being sent out and credit back when we receive the returned item. We do not send out two products for the price of one.

How to Cancel an Order

By Telephone:
If you would like to cancel an open/unshipped order, please contact Customer Service at 416-739-777 between the hours of 10:30am to 4:30 pm EST Monday thru Friday. When you call, please have your Customer Number and the Order Number that you wish to cancel ready.

Please note: Based on the timing of your request, it may not be possible for Speleotherapy Clinic to comply with your order cancellation request.

We are not able to honor order cancellations requests by e-mail at this time.

Online:
We do not offer an option to cancel orders via our Web site at this time. Also, please notify us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

Please speak with a Speleotherapy Clinic representative at 416-739-7777 immediately so we can handle this for you. Customer Service hours are 10:30am to 4:30pm EST Monday through Friday.

E-Mail Confirmation

If you placed your original order online at www.halotherapy.com, and provided us with your e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail confirmation after your return or exchange has been processed.

If you placed your order over the phone and would like to receive e-mail confirmations, please speak with a Customer Service associate, at 416-739-7777, and request that we update your account with your e-mail address. Customer Service is open Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 4:30pm EST.
